TANGO Council
The TANGO Council is TANGO's senior political decision-making body, and consists of representative leaders of the Founding TANGO Member nations, whether they be military generals, political figures, or the leaders of the countries themselves. TANGO Member nations are free to pursue independent military actions in line with their own political goals and interests, though these may not contradict TANGO Council goals.

TANGO Military Command
The TANGO Military Command is the senior military authority and primary strategical and tactical decision making-body that directs the TANGO multinational forces in various missions authorized by the TANGO Council. TANGO Military Command is made up of various high-level military members of TANGO Member nations, most often Chiefs/Ministers of Defense. The TANGO Military Command is led by the Supreme Commander, who is appointed on a rotational basis by the TANGO Council.

Article 1
The TANGO Members hereby agree that a terrorist attack against one or more of them in or on any of their sovereign territory, assets, populations, or anything else belonging or considered as an part of the said nations of the alliance anywhere within the Solar System shall be considered an attack against them all. Consequently, they agree that, if such a terrorist attack occurs, each of them, following the terms of the alliance itself and exercising their collective liberty in self-defense of all Members, will assist the Members attacked by taking expeditiously, individually or in concert and formation with the other TANGO Members, such action as it deems necessary, including the full usage of all TANGO Members' Armed Forces and Weapons of Mass Destruction, to retaliate against such attack and restore and maintain law, order, and security in the collective regions.

Article 2
For purpose of Article 1, a terrorist attack on one or more of the TANGO Members is deemed to be an attack on:
• any territory (an area of land under the jurisdiction of a state) of any of TANGO Members that they possessed before the attack.
• the military forces of any of TANGO member nations, when in or over the territories that they officially possess or the areas of any occupation force of any of TANGO member nations that were stationed. This does not come into account or being if the militaries of said TANGO Members nations were deployed first into hostile situations.

Article 3
Recognizing that any member nation in the alliance may wish to call upon any of the belligerent TANGO Members in this alliance for the protection and preservation of their states, may be able to fully request a military intervention from all or select individual TANGO Members even if it does not fit into the categories of self-defense. Furthermore, any TANGO member can request a call on behalf of the alliance to join an offensive war if deemed necessary.

Article 4
A joint international army or armies (TANGO Taskforces) consisting of troops and vehicles from each TANGO member nation shall be formed, under the command of TANGO Military Command led by the Supreme Commander. Militaries of respective Member nation are expected to follow orders in coordinated plans of TANGO Military Command correctly, coordinate with the TANGO Taskforces, and respect each part of the alliance as a whole. The contribution of troops to TANGO Taskforces shall depend on each TANGO member but is recommended at 2%-5% of their total manpower.

Article 5
Each Member hereby affirms and declares that none of their previous or future international treaties, engagements, and obligations now or will take place with third-party Members conflicts or contradicts with the provisions and purpose of this Alliance, and will not undertake any treaties or official statement with an declaration of purpose that will enter conflict with this treaty. Furthermore, each Member in this Alliance agrees to maintain close diplomatic and military relations with one another, for the purpose of maintaining this Alliance and agreement of not endanger the structures and terms of the Alliance itself. The Members herewith, agrees to immediately inform one another through secure communications if any third-party Nation has contacted any of them with malicious intent to any or all of the Members involved and will therefore correspond together for the best course of action.

Article 6
This Alliance shall be ratified and its provisions carried out by the Members in accordance with their respective constitutional processes. The Alliance shall officially enter full force between the Founding Members in which it had ratified and signed. Only the TANGO Council may alter, amend, or delete parts of the Treaty Articles and Terms. Only the TANGO Council may add new Members or remove existing Members. Founding Members may not be removed
